					<description><![CDATA[Great story, I&#039;ve noticed this phenomenon in the past and found it interesting but never really looked into the extent or details of it. The 1984 Johnnie Ray is particularly odd to me. Ryne Sandberg was not only the starting 2nd baseman in the 1984 all-star game he was the MVP of the National League that year. Very weird decision to not put Sandberg on that card.]]></description>
