I remember participating in those kinds of games, as well as grab bags, at shows in the 1980s and 1990s. They were a lot of fun. I think they went by the wayside because of stricter gambling laws (or their enforcement), but opening any kind of pack is a game of chance in its own right!]]></description>

When we had Festival Days in our old hometown, he would set up a booth and sell cards. He also set up a game of chance where the roll of two dice determined what kind of prize you received. Don&#039;t remember how much he charged per roll, but he put the best prizes on the hardest numbers to roll -- after extensive study of the odds and rolling the dice many times himself.

It was fun, and you got a little collectible for yourself.]]></description>
