Thanks for those extra points … I updated the post with that information. The question now is, do grease stains on cards make (the royal) us as nostalgic as gum stains?

As a Yount collector the Hostess cards are some of my favorite. In your Brett/Yount match up you forgot to mention they both went into the HOF in 1999 together. On a side note the really expensive Hostess cards are the unused or clean Twinkie cards that show up every now and then. Almost all of the Twinkie cards you find are grease stained since the card was the tray that held the Twinkies.
