That sounds like it is one of the bonus cards printed on the bottom of a wax box. Some kid with an unsteady hand must have cut it out. Or perhaps he was distracted by the annoying antics of his little sister and his hand slipped. I would think such a poor job of cutting would decrease the value.]]></description>

Im guessing when it was made it was cut below its intended line on the bottom and has 5 jagged cuts across the top and one slight cut on the right side.
