Sounds like a “wrong back” to me, where Topps (Bowman’s maker) just put the wrong printing plates together. Not all that uncommon back in the 1980s and 1990s. There are several available on eBay. I pulled out my old 90’s collection and the card was in a box with all Mark McGwire cards. Any help would be great as I can’t find anything about it.
