It was, in my opinion, probably Topps best decade (best without a doubt if you dismiss the 1972 eye sore). And ‘76 ended strong, but not ostentatiously, with Davey Lopes.

The entire decade was probably the best (easily the best if you exclude ‘72 and those borders from hell and the “in actions” that don’t seem to go with the set they’re a part of—but that could just be me). Anyway, ending the ‘76 set with Davey Lopes was a strong finish.
