Robin thanks for the update on Al. I always wondered about Al, I knew him when he played in Danville & I was a student in Averett .

I can tell you definitely that those two missing years n the 1950s were due to Al going into the Navy. My Uncle Al passed in 2005 and not a day goes by tha I don’t think about him. He was like a father to me.
